first time trying Sunnyside Grill. 10/10 Highly recommend. Customer friendly, great and quick service, food was amazing! Ordered the banquet burger and Ultimate melt. Everything was cooked to perfection, greatly seasoned. Thank you for a great Sunday morning experience. Will definitely be back :)

We were just in Toronto visiting our son and he recommended this restaurant for breakfast. We were sooo impressed with the service and food that we went back two days later for our Sunday morning breakfast! Rachel was our server both times and she was exceptional!! She was so friendly and her smile just made our visits 'sunny'!! All staff are very happy (love their eggy socks;) ) and the food was really good! Thank you! We will be back.

I have had a waffles craving for the past two weeks.. that's how I ended up here. I was expecting strawberries and whipped cream on my Belgium waffles but didn't get that. Plain boring wakes with Maple syrup. Nothing exciting. The food was decent. Service was good. Not the Sunnyside Grill I was expecting but not bad!

It might not look like mich but the food is Amazing and the service is off the hook. Oh and they have kids paintings on the wall.

First time today and i started to love Sunnyside Grill because of the cleanest washroom I found for a not so new, but a very "spick and span" restaurant. A note in the washroom caught my attention as they wanted to be informed if the washroom needs cleaning or has missing supplies. (Cannot be found anywhere) I salute the management especially the owner, Angel!Angel entertained and gave us everything we need to know about the menu and recommended the house specialties! Superb! We love breakfast and now, we love Sunnyside Grill. You will never go wrong on their Breakfast Poutine and I guess with everything on their menu. We will surely be back here. Very nice and diligent owner!

This has become our weekly brunch spot for the last year. Excellent service and food keep us coming back. We've yet to be disappointed. Well worth checking it out. Everything has been delicious and generously portioned. The breakfasts have been perfect, the burgers are juicy and tasty. The Weekly specials are delicious and well presented. Try the breakfast poutine and waffle burger!

Great breakfast food with greater service. Sunnyside grill at Steeles and Petrolia is a local favourite. It’s cozy, charming, and always service with a smile. You can get traditional breakfast foods here such as eggs, bacon, ham, breakfast, sausage, pancakes, waffles, and French toast. They also have an assortment of brunch meals including sandwiches and soups.

This is a small place but one of my favorite breakfast places. The staff is the friendliest and most positive staff I have ever met. We were given a lot of attention and the waiters were very helpful.

Absolutely one of my favorites breakfast and brunch places. The menu have a lot of options for all the of eaters. The food is really good and nice portions. But what wins the prize in this place are the staff. They are of the nicest staff I have ever seen in a restaurant or eatery. Constantly smiling, polite and will have actual conversations with customers. They also have menu for the rest of the day if you go there for lunch or dinner. There is also parking available. Go try this place.

Found this restaurant when we were getting our tires changed. We came in from Hamilton. Nice menu and the staff and owner are very friendly. We ordered the burgers. Mine came out under cooked but they dealt with it immediately. All the others were cooked perfectly. My new burger was great! They were served with a large order of fries. We could hardly finish everything. The flavour was excellent and everyone enjoyed the meal and service.I would highly recommend a visit when your in the area.

The place is full of people on Sunday morning. These guys are organized and service was friendly, professional and speedy. The food was better than I first expected and they offer homemade soups that are worth the money. 👍👍 If I had another hand I’d give them three thumbs up.

What a great place. My servers energy was amazing felt like she was passionate about customer service. I had the steak Benny.. (steak, mushrooms, bacon) dream combo; and did not disappoint. Not a fan of the potato’s but that’s okay less potato’s the better. Will return often.

Our 1st time at Sunnyside. It's an Amirecan/Canadian style menu. My dish was just perfect and my wife's as well. Even a bred was nicely toasted with a salted butter. I have to mention the great service and overall attitude of the workers. Home atmosphere and the smell is awsome. We gonna back there for sure.

Best breakfast place around! I’ve been coming to this location for the past two years and the food is always amazing and consistent. The customer service is excellent! The staff makes you feel at home.

Foods great and well priced

Me and my wife have come here several times now and absolutely love the experience. The food is fantastic, the owner is very sweet and provides amazing service. Her and the staff clearly take pride in their restaurant and every aspect of your experience is really well taken care of. We highly recommend for a great experience.

Great little breakfast jem in the industrial area that's also open on the weekend. Taste, service, and prices are all great! It was our first time trying out this place and we were given a 15% off coupon by our friendly server for the next time!We will definitely be back for more yummy breakfasts!

Super delicious brunch with a really good price. I will recommend “ Poached California” .....It’s very rare to find a place with good food and good customer service, these days, but this place is definitely one to try if you’re into those things. We Will definitively be back soon!

Ordered waffle with fruit, whipped cream and syrup topping, spicy omelette with toast and potato salad, and freshly squeezed orange juice. UberEats was great, but the order was missing side potato salad and the amount of whipped cream was not sufficient. Perhaps dining in brings a better experience.

The service here was amazing. Our group of 20+ was served by one server who didn't miss a beat and got everyone served very quickly. I ordered the peameal breakfast and it was delicious. Their home fries are amazing!!!

I really liked the service and the food I had pancakes for breakfast it tasted really good with maple syrup and butter on top.

This place is AMAZING! I've been there once on August for a typical brunch on a Saturday morning and I had a HUGE and delicious option of poutine that was probably the most traditional in the place. It was a very pleasant experience, all the staff are very friendly and they care a lot about how are you feeling about the overall experience and the food. Highly recommend, it's one of the best (if not the best) places to get a brunch in Toronto.

The food was ok.. mediocre at best we were very surprised as people generally rave about this place. That being said it is a very typical diner, that is understaffed.

This place is fantastic! I love their steak and eggs. The owner is really friendly, and they provide BOTH peanut butter AND jelly for you toast. I don't think I've been to other places that do the same.

I was in the area and decided to give it a try, the breakfast was actually really good. Came all the way down from Oshawa, if I'm ever up there again will definitely go back. Waitress was amazing too.
